You MUST be a current member to join the Yahoo group and ALL requests have to be APPROVED.

Members who allow their membership to lapse will be removed from the group.

To Join:

1. Send an email to londonclarets-subscribe@yahoogroups.com.
   Include your name and membership number (if known) in the email body as this will help speed up approval process!

2. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Yahoo to verify you made the request. You must follow instructions in that email.

3. Once you have completed step 2 we will be notified by Yahoo and asked to approve your request to join the group.

4. Once approved you will receive a welcome email.

Note:

• Emails sent via the group will have a subject starting with [londonclarets] and will be from the person who sent it. Replies to the message should go back to that person. Remember to use "Reply". Do NOT use "Reply All"!
   

• Please check your spam/junk if you think you are not receiving messages. If the messages are in spam you can usually tell your email client the messages are not spam which should train it to recognise them in the future. If you are still having problems please contact us for further assistance.
   

• To leave the email group send an email to londonclarets-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com.
   

• Due to privacy and security reasons we do NOT have the ability to add people to the group ourselves OR amend email addresses of existing members. We can only DELETE!
   

• If you wish to have your group messages sent to another account you will have follow steps 1-4 again to subscribe your new account and then unsubscribe your old one (or ask us to delete it)
